Currently, PrettyGarden only shipped to the United States, We Provide free standard shipping on orders over USD49 (the amount actually paid) to above countries.

We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. Pls note that the delivery date will be longer by some factors, for example bad weather, remote area (e.g. Hawaii), unclear consignee information, pandemic, custom clearance issues etc.  We will email you if there is a problem during transportation.

Order Processing Time

It takes 1-3 business days to process your order after your order is placed.

Shipping Time and Exceptions

Currently, our shipping service is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping time does not include processing time.
Below are the estimated delivery dates and costs for your reference. 

Import Duties and Taxes

The order price excludes import duties and taxes. Please be aware that customs and import duties, taxes might occur on international orders. The buyer should bear the import duties and taxes which occur. The fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. Some countries have a duty-free allowance but many do not.

If you refuse to pay duties after the parcel arrives at customs, your order may be destroyed by customs or sent back to us. If we receive your order back, we will have to deduct any shipping, duties and customs processing fees charged to us from your refund.

Delivery Delayed

We make every effort possible to ensure that every package meets its delivery date, there are many instances where the ability to deliver on time is out of our control. If your parcel arrives 14 days after the expected arrival date, pls contact us at services@prettygarden.com. We will refund you for compensation. 
Below cause of delivery delay are out of our control and excluded:
1. Customs Issue
2. Weather conditions
3. Wrong consignee information that buyer provides
