Return Policy

If you receive a defective, damaged or wrong item, you can get a new one for free illustrating to the PrettyGarden Service Team after receiving the items within 4 days.
1. Exclude artificial damage
2. Illustrating which items you would like to return and the reason for it, attach photo(s) for quality problems.

Note: Because of the limitations of the business. Currently, we only offer an overseas warehouse to accept returns and exchange. So, we don’t support return or exchange.
1. To save your return cost and time, please confirm the style and size before payment and contact us if you are confused with the size chosen, and we will give you some size suggestions.
2. Please refer to our sizing chart for decisions on your purchase.
3. Due to differences in design and style between items, there may be slight differences between different items of the same size. Please refer to the actual measurements.

Return Condition:
1. You have 15 days of delivery to decide if the item is right for you.
2. Due to sanitary reasons, below items we cannot accept returns: swimsuit
3. We don’t accept returns of damages due to use, wash, care, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors.
4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, or unaltered, with tags, and in its original packaging.
5. Cancel Order/Exchange item: In order to deliver goods to customers faster, we will choose a high-quality logistics company. If the package isn’t handed over to the logistics company, we can free to cancel it. Otherwise, it can’t be canceled or exchange.

1.The original shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.
2.We can’t ensure an international shipping time.
3.Please consult the shipping cost to your local post office.
4.Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our warehouse address and belongs to our shipping agent.

Processing Returns:

1. Please Contact Us or, illustrating which items you would like to return and the reason for it, attach photo(s) for quality problems.
2. After getting the return address, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Drop off your package and send it to the local post office.
4. Please send us a tracking number after returning, and we can deal with the return process as soon as possible. Once your refund returns back, you will receive an e-mail.

Return Shipping Payment:

1. There is no handling charge by us for returns. Please know: the return shipping fee is bear by the customer unless our products are defective and damaged in quality or if you receive the wrong item.                                                                     2. Product not received / Defective product / Wrong product: a solution will be made within 2 working days after estimated delivery time.

1. Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and differences in color due to differences in monitor display do not constitute quality issues
2. Returns due to dissatisfaction in style, color, and changes in personal preference do not constitute quality issues


The refund will return to your account which you used to pay for the order(credit or debit cards may take an additional 3-7 business days to process)
