Notice: No refunds on clearance products
We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. Pls note that the delivery date will be longer by some factors, for example bad weather, remote area (e.g. Hawaii), unclear consignee information, pandemic, custom clearance issues etc. We will email you if there is a problem during transportation.

The order price excludes import duties and taxes. Please be aware that customs and import duties, taxes might occur on international orders. The fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. Some countries have a duty-free allowance but many do not.
If you refuse to pay duties after the parcel arrives at customs, your order may be destroyed by customs or sent back to us. If we receive your order back, we will have to deduct any shipping, duties and customs processing fees charged to us from your refund.
